These Terms & Conditions explain how DataBox Business Intelligence provides business research and database intelligence services. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Working Together

Every project begins with an agreed quotation, scope of work, deliverables and expected timescale. No work commences without client approval.

Research Services

Research is conducted using publicly available business information and reputable commercial sources. We do not obtain private or confidential information.

Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to provide any CRM or customer data supplied to us and that it is provided for legitimate business purposes.

Payment Terms

Projects are quoted in advance. Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Deliverables are released in accordance with the agreed quotation.

Confidentiality & GDPR

All client information is treated as confidential. Data is handled securely and processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Data Security

Customer databases are used only for the agreed project and are protected using appropriate security measures throughout the engagement.

Completion & Deletion

After completion and client acceptance, working files and supplied databases are securely deleted unless an ongoing maintenance agreement is in place.

Accuracy

Business information may change after research has been completed. While every effort is made to provide accurate intelligence, future organisational changes are outside our control.
